Puppy Application

At Bethel Retrievers, we believe every puppy deserves a home where they can truly thrive. Because each Golden Retriever has its own unique personality, energy level, and temperament, we take great care in getting to know the families interested in welcoming one of our puppies.

This application helps us better understand your household, lifestyle, experience with dogs, and hopes for your future companion.

There are no perfect answers, and we aren't looking for one particular type of family. Our goal is simply to make thoughtful, informed matches that set both our puppies and their families up for a lifetime of companionship.

Thank you for considering Bethel Retrievers!
